Rector, Dave   ('74)   -    I Have Been Married to my wife
Sue for 20 Years, we have 3 children - Justin 17, Katie 15
and Melanie 8. I have worked for Miller Building Systems
for ten years now and am currently Vice President of
Telecommunications sales and Construction Services.
As many know, My older brother Fred (class of 1970) was
killed in an automobile accident in Denver, CO. 1995, he
left behind 3 great kids, two of of them are in college right
now and all three are doing great. My younger brother
Willie (class of 1979)was killed in Dec. 2004 in a
snowmobile accident, he left behind one young son who is
going to be just fine.
After reading this, I think everyone can understand why I
just want to turn and run every time I see Pat Nowak
!!(sorry Pat, I wasn't voted funniest guy in the Class of 74
for nothing).
Revi, Edie Perrine  ('66)   -   It's been a long time since I've
been in So. Bend... When I moved my parents in with me in
1987, I lost the reason to "go home."  I first left to go to IU
in Bloomington after four terrific years at Marian High
School.
First job out of college had me relocating 8 times in 2
years all around the mid-west. thank goodness for EEOC!
(My goodness - it's a woman and she can think, let's
promote her and reach our goals! How's that for being a
trail blazer?)
I now live in New Jersey with my wonderful husband -
Howard, 2 look-alike cats (Broadway & Off-Broadway), and
3 Shih Tzu's.  See what happens when the kids grow up
and leave? - Empty Nest Syndrome.  (My son Eric is now 24
and lives in Wichita, Kansas.)
I'll have worked for the same company for 30 years this
fall, starting out in field sales but working at headquarters
for the last 15 years.  I'm responsible for Learning &
Organizational Development for the Americas Region so
that takes me traveling from Argentina to Canada.  Since
it's a UK owned company I've also spent my fair share of
time in Europe which as been especially nice since I was
born there.
We've bought retirement property in the mid-west
(Missouri - closer to "the kid" but primarily drawn to the
lure of lakeside living).  Haven't started building yet, but
do have the plans!  We're still considering the Carolinas as
a potential option.  The goal is to get out of the "rat race"
in the next few years and focus the rest of the time on
playing & having fun! (Well earned we think!)
Life hardly turned out they way I might have imagined at
OLH, but it sure has been a wonderful ride.  Hope your's
has been as much fun as mine!
Debbie Ripsco  ('66)After college I went to work with one of the
big computer companies  in marketing and sales which after ten
years of constant travel and a year in Alabama I transfered to
Atlanta and have been here ever since. Atlanta has been good
to me as I have met my husband here. We married in 1989 and
we had a son who is now 11 years old.  Proud to be a fifth grader
!  I  have been a stay at home mom for 6 years  and am loving
every minute of it.  As for the reunion,  what a fabulous time I
had remembering all the fun times and some not so fun times
there. Fun times- Mrs.Marshall- the best, nicest and beautiful. I
have never forgotten her.  How about Mrs. Halasi, without
question the worlds best crossing guard. I loved talking to her.
Also Msg. Sabo had some of the best stories to tell of his
travels-  I learned to say "Chow" goodbye from him. Always
jumping rope for recess.  Not so fun times - kneeling with my
nose on gum stuck to the blackboard.  Boy did my knees hurt!
Also wondering OUT LOUD if the nuns had hair under all that
head gear because I bet they were BALD!!!  Well, do not pass go -
go straight to the principals office!  Through it all it was the best
time, best kids and the best school.  Thanks Tass and Coleen
and all the others for our trip down memory lane. It will never be
forgotten,
Rudnicki, Marysue Mikulyuk  ('68)   -    Good job working
on the reunion. Very sorry I cannot attend. I have been

N.Y. My husband is Terry Mikulyuk, who also attended

children in the Mishawaka School System. Yes, we live in
Mishawaka too.
